Defenceman Ben Hutton and forward Nikolay Goldobin are sitting Friday against the Minnesota Wild, head coach Travis Green confirmed.
Green on why Hutton is sitting: "He doesn't kill penalties, he doesn't play on the power play. That's part of it. There's other reasons as well that I'm not getting into all the time when it comes to me and a player."

Newly-acquired defenceman Zach Whitecloud will not make his debut with the Knights until Sunday against the Philadelphia Flyers, according to Steve Carp of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The Golden Knights signed Whitecloud Thursday to a three-year, entry-level deal.

In 36 games for Bemidji State University, he had four goals and 14 assists.
Whitecloud also suited up for Team Canada in the 2017 Karjala Cup, where he had one assist in two games.
