Los Angeles Kings forward Jarrett Stoll was arrested for possession of cocaine on Friday night, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to 8 News Now, Las Vegas.

According to the news station, which is a CBS affiliate, the arrest occurred at West Republic dayclub in Las Vegas.

Lisa Dillman of the Los Angeles Times scribe reached out to the Kings for comment after reports surfaced.

The 32-year-old has member of the Kings since the 2008-2009 season.

He is set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1.
