The National Hockey League is monitoring the rioting in Ferguson, Missouri ahead of Tuesday's game in St. Louis between the Blues and Ottawa Senators.

Ferguson is approximately 20 km from St. Louis.

TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger reports that it's possible that the Senators-Blues game could be postponed and rescheduled if the rioting were to become an issue in St. Louis.

Riots broke out on Monday night after a Grand Jury in Ferguson decided not to indict a police officer Darren Wilson over the shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown in August.
