Toronto Maple Leafs

TSN's Mark Masters reports that Curtis McElhinney will be in net in the Leafs' season finale against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Maple Leafs announced earlier they recalled goaltender Garret Sparks on an emergency basis from the AHL's Toronto Marlies. According to TSN's Kristen Shilton, head coach Mike Babcock said the team's No. 1 Frederik Andersen had no concussion symptoms and should be ready for Monday's practice and game one of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.


Ottawa Senators

Head coach Guy Boucher announced that goaltender Mike Condon will start in net for the Senators on Sunday against the New York Islanders. Forwards Kyle Turris, Mike Hoffman and Derick Brassard along with defencemen Dion Phaneuf and Cody Ceci are not expected to play.

According to TSN's Brent Wallace, forward Bobby Ryan will be back in the lineup Sunday night against the Islanders.


Calgary Flames

Defenceman Rasmus Andersson and goaltender David Rittich were assigned by the Calgary Flames to their American Hockey League affiliate on Sunday. Andersson, Calgary's second round pick (53rd overall) in the 2015 NHL Draft, made his debut for the Flames Saturday night and had four hits in 18:33 of ice time. Rittich, a free agent signed by the Flames on June 13, 2016, also made his first NHL appearance yesterday and made nine saves in the third period. - Associated Press
