Each night during the Stanley Cup Playoffs, TSN Hockey analyst and former NHL goaltender Jamie McLennan provides his Post 2 Post rankings for every goaltender in action.

Chicago Blackhawks 2, St. Louis Blues 3

Corey Crawford (5): Was the only reason the game wasn’t an 8-2 game. He made big saves early on Scottie Upshall and Jaden Schwartz to keep the score 1-0 as the Blues pushed hard. Amazing save in the second on Robby Fabbri and other big saves on Alex Steen,  Vladimir Tarasenko and Schwartz late in second period. He came up large early in the third on Kyle Brodziak and Kevin Shattenkirk, and fought of the onslaught as St. Louis continued to generate chances. Crawford came up short but can’t be faulted for this loss.

Brian Elliott (5): He was sharp early on Marian Hossa and Patrick Kane, and made a big save on Andrew Ladd early in second and Kane with the left toe. He wasn’t tested as much as Crawford, but was comfortable and gained more confidence as the game went on. He has shown he can deliver in big games.

Anaheim Ducks 1, Nashville Predators 3

Pekka Rinne (5): This was his best game of the playoffs. He was really solid all game long and had great rebound control. Big saves on Ryan Kesler, Corey Perry, David Perron and Chris Stewart. He handled the puck well Monday night, which helped his team exit cleanly. His details were strong all game long.

Frederik Andersen (4): Very big saves on Colin Wilson, Shea Weber, Ryan Johansen and Mike Fisher. He was really good in tight on tips and screens. I continue to be impressed with his positioning. He is really efficient and quiet in the net.
