Carey Price will reportedly miss the next month with a right knee injury, according to Francois Gagnon of RDS.

Gagnon reported the news on their “L’Antichambre” show following the Montreal Canadiens shootout win over the New Jersey Devils Friday night.

According to TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun, Price met with the Habs' team doctor on Saturday, but will still undergo further testing.

Price hurt himself again Wednesday night against the New York Rangers in just his third game back after missing the previous nine with a lower-body injury. It appeared the injury suffered Wednesday was the same one that caused him to miss the nine games.

Backup goalie Mike Condon, 25, has been brilliant in Price's absence. He is 8-2-1 this season with a 2.14 GAA and .917 save percentage.

Condon was in net Friday night and could get the nod again Saturday when the Habs host the Devils in Montreal.
