The Toronto Blue Jays acquired Lowe from the Seattle Mariners at last year's trade deadline for pitcher Rob Rasmussen and two prospects.

Lowe, 32, posted a 1-2 record with a 3.79 ERA and a .842 WHIP over 19 innings pitched with the Jays last season. He also pitched six innings in the playoffs, posting a 5.40 ERA.

Toronto will reportedly be looking for bullpen help this winter.
