The 2022 FIFA World Cup continues Tuesday as France takes on Australia to open their tournaments.

You can watch every game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, starting this Sunday, LIVE on TSN, TSN.ca, and the TSN App. 

France looks to defend their 2018 World Cup victory and aimto become the first defending champion to get past the group stage since 1994.

France, ranked fourth in the world, was expected by striker Karim Benzema who led Real Madrid with 27 goals in 21-22 and added another five goals to start 2022-23 en route to being named the 2022 Ballon d'Or winner. However he will be sidelined from the tournament due to a thigh injury sustained in training days before the start of the tournament.

Australia is making their sixth World Cup appearance after defeating the United Arab Emirates and Peru in a dramatic shootout in the fourth round of qualifying.

The Socceroos are ranked 38th in the world and are led by midfielder Ajdin Hrustic, who is coming off an ankle injury which could impact his availability in Quatar.
