NEW YORK, N.Y. - Eugenie Bouchard will play Alison Riske of the United States in the first round of the U.S. Open. Bouchard is ranked 25th coming into the year's final major while Riske is ranked 56th.

In five career head-to-head matches, Bouchard holds a 4-1 record against the American.

On the men's side, Milos Raonic of Thornhill, Ont., and Vancouver's Vasek Pospisil are in the same bracket as Djokovic.

Pospisil will face Austria's Andreas Haider-Maurer in the first round, and if he advances, could play Djokovic in the second.

Raonic takes on American Tim Smyczek in the first round.

In the third round, Williams could face young American Sloane Stephens, who beat her in the 2013 Australian Open. Another up-and-coming U.S. player, Madison Keys, could await in the fourth round.
