The Winnipeg Jets make their final road trip of the preseason tonight to play the Calgary Flames at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Viewers in the Jets region can watch the game live on TSN3 at 9pm et/6pm pt, or listen live on TSN 1290 Winnipeg with coverage starting at 7:30pm et.

The Jets are 2-3 in the preseason, but are coming off a 2-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday.

The Flames are 4-3 in the preseason and have won two straight games. Calgary defeated the Colorado Avalanche 2-0 on Tuesday.

The two teams wrap up their preseason schedule against each other in Winnipeg on Saturday.

For the Jets, Ladislav Smid is returning to the lineup after being with a mouth infection that caused him to lose four teeth. 

The Flames will have first-round draft pick Sam Bennett back in the lineup after the forward missing two games for maintenance. Forward Mikeal Backlund skated Thursday morning after missing the majority of training camp with an abdominal strain. Flames head coach Bob Hartley said he expects Backlund to practice with the team on Friday and did not rule out the Swedish centre being ready for the Flames opening game, though it would be unlikely.
