SUNDERLAND, England - Hull came from behind to beat Sunderland 3-1 on Friday to give Steve Bruce's side its first Premier League win in 11 games.

Hull had not claimed three points since a win against Crystal Palace on Oct. 4, and trailed within 30 seconds after Adam Johnson punished an error by captain Curtis Davies.

However, Gaston Ramirez levelled from distance in the 32nd minute with Hull's first goal in 333 minutes of football. James Chester then made it 2-1 in the 51ist and Nikica Jelavic completed the comeback victory with a late close-range effort.

Hull climbed out of the relegation zone to sit 16th, while Sunderland are three points further ahead in the 14th.
