Three more names have been added to Team Canada's roster for the upcoming World Hockey Championship.

Wayne Simmonds and Claude Giroux from the Philadelphia Flyers, and Brayden Point from the Tampa Bay Lightning have all confirmed they will be a part of Team Canada for the tournament that starts in May.

Mark Scheifele and Josh Morrissey from the Winnipeg Jets, Jason Demers and Michael Matheson from the Florida Panthers and Ryan O'Reilly of the Buffalo Sabres have all been reportedly added to the team as well. 

The Lightning's Jon Cooper was named head coach of the team Tuesday, with Gerard Gallant, Dake Hakstol, and Dave King his assistants.
