Conners shoots 76

Conners shot a 4-over-par 76 for the second straight day and is sitting at plus-6 overall for the tournament.

 

Conners can't stay hot, bogeys 14, 16

After an impressive run of three straight bogeys, Conners fell back to 2-over on the day after a bogey on the Par 4 14th. His approach went just right of the green and his chip attempt was short, forcing to take a fifth stroke and fall to 4-over for the tournament. 

After a par on 15, Conners fell back to 5-over after bogeying the Par 3 16th.

Conners heads to the 18th at 5-over, having made par on the Par 4 17th.

Hadwin finishes round with another bogey on 18

Adam Hadwin finished off a difficult round with a bogey on the Par 4 18th, as he heads to the clubhouse 10-over on the day and 14-over for the tournament.

Conners sinks birdies on 11, 12, 13

Conners has picked things up in the back half of his round, sinking birdies on 11, 12, and 13 to move to 1-over in the round, 3-over for the tournament.

Hadwin drops yet again with pair of bogeys

Adam Hadwin's nightmare round continued as he bogeyed the Par 4 14th and Par 5 15th, pushing him to 13-over. Hadwin now has three double bogeys and four bogeys over his last 10 holes.

Hadwin drops to 12-over with third double bogey of Round 3 

Hadwin's difficult round continued as he bogeyed the par 4 ninth and double bogeyed the Par 4 10th to drop to 9-over for the tournament.

The Canadian dropped another double bogey on the Par 3 12th as he left his tee shot well short of the green and sent his recovery shot into the bunker.

Conners tumbles to 6-over

After rebounding from a tough double bogey with a birdie on three, Conners bogeyed the Par 4 fifth to fall back to 4-over for the tournament, 10 back of the leaders.

Conners fell to 6-over with his second and third bogeys of the day on seven and nine.

Hadwin falls to seven-over, rebounds on eight

Hadwin's first blemish of the day came on the Par 3 sixth. He once again sent his approach shot long, but this time was unable save par, missing a seven footer. 

He was unable to bounce back from the bogey on six, needing seven shots after sending his first shot into the trees and his third into the green-front bunker. He would eventually double bogey to move to seven-over for the tournament.

Hadwin rebounded somewhat on the Par 5 eighth, draining a 14-foot birdie to clib back to 6-over for the tournament.

Conners drops double bogey on 2nd, rebounds on third

Conners dropped to 4-over for the tournament following a double bogey on the Par 5 second. After sending his approach shot wide of the green, Conners was unable to recover, three putting for the double.

The Listowel, Ont., native quickly rebounded, sinking a birdie on the Par 4 third to move back to 3-over for the tournament. He followed up with a par on the Par 3 fourth.

Conners makes par to open third round

Corey Conners teed off after a 4-over in Round 2 looking to climb back into contention. He nearly drained a 32-foot birdie to open his round but left it five inches short of the cup, forcing him to settle for an early par.

Hadwin opens with five-straight pars

Adam Hadwin opened his third round with a par on the Par 4 first. After sending his approach shot past the green, Hadwin was able to chip his third shot to within three feet, making the easy putt to save par and remain at 4-over for the tournament.

The 36-year-old followed him another on the Par 5 second. He had a chance for birdie, but rolled his 16-foot putt just past the pin, eventually tapping in the easy follow up to remain at 4-over.

Hadwin sunk another par on the Par 4 third, draining a seven-foot putt, to maintain his place on the leaderboard thru three holes. 

The Moose Jaw, Sask., native looked to be in trouble on the Par 3 fourth after firing his tee shot far wide of the green. However, Hadwin was able to chip his approach to within three feet of the tin, tapping in an easy third shot for another par.

Hadwin once again made par on the fifth to remain at 4-over.
