Bears sign CB Hurst to two-year extension
The Chicago Bears signed cornerback Demontre Hurst to a two-year extension Wednesday through the 2016 season. Hurst appeared in 15 games last season, finishing with 35 defensive tackles, an interception, a forced fumble and eight special teams stops.

Hurst appeared in 15 games last season, finishing with 35 defensive tackles, an interception, a forced fumble and eight special teams stops. An undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma, he spent the 2013 season on Chicago's practice squad.
