ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Mikhail Grigorenko sparked his team's comeback on Wednesday as the Rochester Americans erased a two-goal deficit to defeat the visiting Hamilton Bulldogs 3-2 in American Hockey League play.

Grigorenko put the Americans (5-2-0) on the board 8:34 into the second period, while Joel Armia and Luke Adam added a goal each 37 seconds apart in the second to complete the comeback.

T.J Hensick and Sven Andrighetto gave the Bulldogs (2-3-2) a 2-0 lead early in the second after a scoreless first period.

Rochester's Andrey Makarov made 28 saves for the win. Joey MacDonald stopped 26-of-29 shots for Hamilton, which has dropped three games in a row.

The Americans went 0 for 5 on the power play while the Bulldogs failed to score on five chances with the man advantage.
