NEW BEDFORD, Mass. - A judge has extended a restraining order barring former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez, who was recently convicted of murder, from selling his 2005 Hummer and keeping the money.

Bristol County Superior Court Judge Richard Moses advised attorneys for both sides Thursday to agree within 60 days on the sale of the vehicle and place the proceeds with the court.

Hernandez was convicted last month of the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd.

Lloyd's mother, Ursula Ward, has filed a lawsuit against Hernandez and her lawyers are trying to track down his assets. Her attorneys asked for the restraining order after the Hummer turned up for sale at a used car lot in Wrentham.

A status conference on the sale of the vehicle is scheduled for July 20.
