As if the final score wasn't enough, the BC Lions also lost star linebacker and 2014 Most Outstanding Player Solomon Elimimian to an ankle strain against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Saturday night.

Elimimian was helped off the field in the second half and later seen on the sidelines with crutches. Lions head coach Jeff Tedford said after the game Elimimian will be reevaluated when the team gets back to BC.

The veteran linebacker had 41 tackles and two sacks heading into Saturday's game.
