HAMILTON — Logan Morrison scored his 20th goal of the season and added two assists as the surging Hamilton Bulldogs thumped the Erie Otters 7-2 Monday in the Ontario Hockey League.

Lawson Sherk, Ethan Sims, Ryan Winterton, Arber Xhekaj, Ryan Humphrey and Lucas Moore also scored for the East Division-leading Bulldogs (29-11-4), who have won four straight games and nine of their last 10.

Taeo Artichuk and Colby Saganiuk scored for Erie (28-23-3), which has lost three straight.

Matteo Drobac made 21 saves for Hamilton, while Nolan Lalonde stopped 21 shots for the Otters.

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. -- Ryan Smith scored the only goal in the shootout as Sudbury (16-26-5) came away with a surprising victory over league-leading Mississauga (29-13-6). The shootout defeat was the Steelheads’ fifth this season, the most in the OHL.
