BELLEVILLE, Ont. — The Toronto Marlies used a balanced scoring attack in a 5-2 victory over the Belleville Senators in American Hockey League play Thursday night.

Antti Suomela and Curtis Douglas scored in the third period for the visiting Marlies. Kyle Clifford iced the win with an empty-net goal.

Brett Seney and Josh Ho-Sang had the other goals for Toronto (11-9-1-1) and Joseph Woll made 45 saves.

Scott Sabourin and Rourke Chartier tallied for Belleville (11-12-0-0) and Tyler Parks had 24 stops.
