Defencemen Charlie McAvoy and Kevan Miller are back in Boston for testing. McAvoy hasn't been feeling right since getting hit against the Edmonton Oilers last week, according to a report from head coach Bruce Cassidy. Miller is hurt after blocking a shot with his hand.

Jaroslav Halak will start in goal Saturday against the Vancouver Canucks.
