DULUTH, Ga. — Randy Staats had five goals and five assists as the Georgia Swarm routed the Toronto Rock 14-5 on Friday in National Lacrosse League action.

Shayne Jackson had a hat trick and two assists for Georgia (11-4), while Lyle Thompson scored and added seven assists. Miles Thompson, Brendan Bomberry, Jordan MacIntosh, Adam Wiedemann and Zed Williams all added singles.

Mike Poulin made 47 saves for the win.

Kieran McArdle, Challen Rogers, Johnny Powless, Rob Hellyer and Brandon Slade supplied the offence for Toronto (8-4).

Nick Rose stopped 21-of-32 shots in 34:58 of work. Riley Hutchcraft made 13 saves on 16 shots in relief.

The Swarm went 3 for 4 on the power play and the Rock were 1 for 5 with the man advantage.
