WINNIPEG — Mikhail Berdin stopped 40-of-41 shots and picked up an assist as the Manitoba Moose downed the Bakersfield Condors 3-1 on Tuesday in American Hockey League action.
Seth Griffith, Logan Shaw and Mason Appleton supplied the goals for the Moose (35-28-7), all by way of the power play.
Braden Christoffer was the lone Condors (39-19-5) skater to beat Berdin.
Shane Starrett stopped 18-of-20 shots in a losing cause.
Manitoba went 3 for 7 on the power play while Bakersfield failed to score on seven chances with the man advantage.
