Monika Caryk, the fiancee of Florida Panthers’ forward Mike Hoffman, filed an application on Thursday with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice seeking disclosure of information in an alleged cyberbullying scenario with Melinda Karlsson, the wife of Ottawa Senators defenceman Erik Karlsson, reports Emily Kaplan of ESPN.

The application, called a Norwich Order, looks for Melinda Karlsson to disclose any information she has in relation to the allegations of cyberbullying.

According to the application, Caryk is aiming to "expose the real perpetrators responsible for harassment and cyberbullying Ms. Karlsson, and demonstrate to Ms. Karlsson and the public that I have been wrongly accused.”

Melinda Karlsson filed for a peace bond against Caryk on May 4, claiming she had harassed the Karlssons online numerous times. The peace bond is currently under seal with the court.

Both Caryk and Hoffman have denied any involvement in what has been alleged.

The Senators traded Hoffman to the San Jose Sharks – who then shipped the 28-year-old to the Panthers – last month after parts of seven seasons in Ottawa.
