The second match of the day wraps up Group C action with France taking on Peru.

Although France won their opener against Australia, they looked unconvincing and needed an own goal to win the game.

They’ll look to make a statement in their second game of the group stage and punch their ticket to the next round.

Meanwhile Peru seemed to be the most unlucky team in the first game against Denmark. They were far and away the best team on that night, but couldn’t seem to find a goal in their opening loss.

Catch all the action at 10:30 am ET on TSN1, TSN3, TSN4, TSN5, TSN.ca, TSN Direct and on TSN Radio.

Finally, the most anticipated match of the day is Argentina taking on Croatia.

Croatia is currently atop Group D after a convincing win against Nigeria in the opening match, while Argentina had a lacklustre performance in their draw against Iceland.

Lionel Messi managed 11 shots against Iceland and couldn’t find the back of the net. The pressure will be on for the Barcelona star as Argentina needs a win.

“I think it’s his biggest moment in an Argentine national team shirt since the World Cup Final (in 2014). All the time the story of this team going into the World Cup was are they contenders or are they pretenders?

“We’re going to know by the end of this game for me and right now they’re nothing more than pretenders and they cannot afford to lose this game.” TSN Soccer Analyst Kristian Jack said of Argentina’s hopes.

Watch the exciting action at 1:30 pm ET on TSN1, TSN3, TSN4, TSN5, TSN.ca, TSN Direct and on TSN Radio.
