Vancouver Canucks forward Bo Horvat went into the boards awkwardly and left Tuesday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes and after briefly re-entering, went back to the locker room.

After the game, head coach Travis Green didn't have any details on the injury beyond "Small injury, so we kept him out."

The Canucks went on to win 3-0, with goaltender Jacob Markstrom picking up his first career shutout.

In 28 games so far this season, the 22-year-old Horvat has 10 goals and 10 assists.
