New York Rangers 

Forward Ryan McDonagh will miss Wednesday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes with an abdominal strain. There is no timetable for his return. The 28-year-old has 12 assists over 21 games this season with the Rangers. - Newsday


Boston Bruins

The B's will be without forward Brad Marchand and defenceman Torey Krug for Wednesday's game against the New Jersey Devils. Marchand will miss his fourth straight game with an undisclosed injury while Krug will be sidelined for his third with an upper-body ailment. Florida Panthers

Both forwards Radim Vrbata (upper-body) and Derek MacKenzie (lower-body) will miss Wednesday's game against the Toronto Maple Leafs with their injuries. This will be Vrbata's second straight game missed while MacKenzie hasn't played since Nov. 11. - Jameson Olive, Panthers.com
