Jordan Brand’s newest signature sneaker, the Air Jordan 36, is introducing a new series of “Global Game” sneakers to celebrate basketball stars across the world.

Among other players, the series pays homage to one of Canada most celebrated ballers in Kia Nurse, who represents the North with her very own Air Jordan 36 PE. Nurse took to Twitter to make the announcement that her kicks from the Tokyo Olympics are officially available to purchase in Canada.

The newest line in the Air Jordan series is dubbed to be the lightest shoe in the collection yet, shedding materials without sacrificing support to make it more breathable and lightweight for any wearer. With Nurse’s specific colourway, it comes in a classic Canadian red and white palette. Alongside the Jumpman insignia, Nurse’s own logo is featured on the lace shield.

Celebrating the game of basketball worldwide, Jordan Brand has dropped colourways of the Air Jordan XXXVI “Global Game” series so far for Nurse and Chinese star Guo Ailun, while NBA players Jayson Tatum (United States), Rui Hachimura (Japan) and Luka Doncic (Slovenia) are all slated to have their own kicks in the series released in the coming weeks.

The Air Jordan XXXVI SE Kia 'Global Game' is available now for a retail price of US$240.
