TORONTO — Trevor Moore scored twice as the Toronto Marlies snapped a five-game losing streak with a 3-2 victory over the Hartford Wolf Pack on Saturday.

Moore opened the scoring for the defending American Hockey League champions 55 seconds into the game and made it 2-0 at the 7:31 mark.

Carl Grundstrom added a goal in the second period for the Marlies (2-4-1), who last won in their season opener against the Utica Comets on Oct. 5.

Cole Schneider and Rob O'Gara replied for the Wolf Pack (4-3-1).

Jeff Glass made 22 saves for the win while Alexandar Georgiev stopped 32-of-35 shots in a losing cause.

Toronto went 1 for 3 on the power play while Hartford scored once on four chances with the man advantage.
