CHICAGO — Logan Shaw scored the first of four straight goals in the third period as the Manitoba Moose ended their American Hockey League season with a 6-2 win over the Chicago Wolves.

Kamerin Nault, Jansen Harkins, and Cole Maier also scored in the third for the Moose (39-30-7) while Johnathan Kovacevic and Michael Spacek potted goals in the first.

Stefan Matteau and Tye McGinn replied for the Wolves (44-22-10).

Eric Comrie made 14 saves for the win as Max Lagace stopped 29 shots in defeat.

The Moose will miss the AHL post-season.
