Oilers' Nugent-Hopkins out 6-8 weeks
Edmonton Oilers centre Ryan Nugent-Hopkins will miss six to eight weeks after injuring his hand in Monday's 4-2 win over the Florida Panthers. Nugent-Hopkins left Monday's game early in the second period after blocking a shot from Panthers defenceman Dimitri Kulikov.

Edmonton Oilers centre Ryan Nugent-Hopkins will miss six to eight weeks after injuring his hand in Monday's 4-2 win over the Florida Panthers.
Oilers head coach Todd McLellan announced the timeline on Tuesday.
Nugent-Hopkins left Monday's game early in the second period after blocking a shot from Panthers defenceman Dimitri Kulikov.
The former first overall draft pick has eight goals and 30 points in 46 games for the Oilers this season.
