The french designer has announced pre-orders for the trio’s first collaboration. The LDVaporwaffle mix comes in two colourways, Black White and Sesame Blue. This rendition of the LDVaporwaffle mix brings a new look to the running shoe with a redesigned upper; accentuated by baseball-like leather seams. The midsole and waffle rubber outsole calls back to the signature design, while the sacai double motif can be seen on the tongue and Swoosh.
Available for pre-order on Jean Paul Gaultier’s website, the sneakers were priced at 198€ (roughly 291 CAD). As expected, it’s already sold out. If you were one of the lucky people to snag a pair, your shoes will be delivered in September just in time for New York Fashion Week.
