The Florida Panthers have asked Mike Hoffman to submit his 10-team no-trade list ahead of the trade deadline, TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun's reported.

Hoffman can submit a list of 10 teams he won't go to as part of his modified no-trade clause. LeBrun noted this doesn't mean Hoffman will be traded by the Panthers, but with teams calling they wanted to be ready.

In his first season with the Panthers, Hoffman has 26 goals and 23 assists in 58 games. The 29-year-old has one-year left on his contract, at $5.187 million, after this season.
