WINNIPEG - Nic Petan's overtime goal earned the Manitoba Moose a 6-5 win over the Toronto Marlies in American Hockey League action Saturday afternoon.

Petan scored his fourth goal of the season at 4:10 of the extra session to earn Manitoba (12-26-7) the win. Goaltender Eric Comrie stopped 38 shots.

Chase De Leo had two goals for the Moose while John Albert, JC Lipon and Austen Brassard had the others.

Richard Clune, Connor Brown, Kasperi Kapanen, William Nylander and Nikita Soshnikov scored for the Marlies (37-8-4) while goalie Garrett Sparks made 38 saves.

Both teams took advantage of multiple power-play opportunities. The Moose were 3 for 7 while Toronto scored three goals on five chances.
