SYDNEY, N.S. — Derek Gentile and Egor Sokolov scored in the shootout as the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles rallied from a three-goal deficit to beat the Moncton Wildcats 4-3 on Friday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Sokolov capped a three-goal third period for Cape Breton (22-12-2) with the tying goal at 15:13. Mitchell Balmas had the other two at 7:50 and 11:06.

Kyle Foreman, Charles-Antoine Giguere and Elliot Desnoyers scored in the second period for the Wildcats (23-10-4).
