The Saskatchewan Roughriders have re-signed veteran free-agent quarterback Zach Collaros to a one-year contract.

Collaros spent last season with the Roughriders, playing in 14 games and throwing for 2,999 yards and nine touchdowns to 13 interceptions.

Collaros missed the Western Semi-Final last year after suffering a head injury late in the season.

Prior to his year with the Roughriders, the 30-year-old spent four seasons with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Collaros, who started his career with the Toronto Argonauts, has thrown for 16,758 yards and 92 touchdowns to 51 interceptions in 73 career regular season games.
