TFC adds Moroccan international Kantari
Toronto FC has turned to France to bolster its midfield contingent. French club Lens announced on its website that Moroccan international midfielder Ahmed Kantari is headed to the Reds. TFC has not yet commented on the acquisition

Toronto FC has turned to France to bolster its midfield contingent.
Kantari, 30, has spent the last two seasons with Lens, who finished last in Ligue 1 last year and will play in Ligue 2 to in this upcoming season. Lens confirmed the move on their website.
A product of the Paris Saint-Germain youth system, Kantari has been capped 16 times by Morocco. He's also spent time with French sides Strasbourg and Brest.
TFC has yet to comment on the reported addition of the defensive midfielder.
The Reds, fourth in the MLS Eastern Conference on 27 points, are next in action on Saturday night when they visit the second-place Crew in Columbus.
