It appears 2018 first overall pick Mark Chapman is still not interested in joining the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

According to TSN Football Insider Dave Naylor, a source close to Chapman says there has been no indication he’s interested playing in the CFL in 2019.

The Ticats selected the wide receiver with the top in last year's CFL Draft after he led the Central Michigan Chippewas with 59 receptions and 875 yards in his senior year.

He signed with the Denver Broncos in late July of last year, but was cut from the team on August 31.

The 23-year-old joined the upstart Alliance of American Football League earlier this year, but has been without a team since the league folded last month.
