CRANBROOK, B.C. — Ryan Peckford scored four times and added an assist as the Moose Jaw Warriors downed the Kootenay Ice 9-1 on Sunday in Western Hockey League action.

Tyler Smithies added a pair of goals while Yegor Buyalski, Tate Popple and Brayden Tracey also scored for the Warriors (10-5-4), who are 4-0-1 in their last five games.

Owen Pederson kept the Ice (7-14-4) from being shutout.

Adam Evanoff made 19 saves for Moose Jaw. Duncan McGovern allowed eight goals on 28 shots in 40 minutes of play before giving way to Jesse Makaj, who stopped 14-of-15 shots in a period of relief.

The Warriors went 3 for 3 on the power play and didn't give Kootenay a chance with the man advantage.

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — Luc Smith and Orrin Centazzo had two goals each and Zane Franklin tacked on a goal and four helpers as Kamloops toppled the Cougars.

Brodi Stuart and Martin Lang also found the back of the net for the Blazers (8-9-2), who got 25 saves from Dylan Garand.

Cole Moberg, Connor Bowie and Austin Crossley scored for Prince George (9-10-3). Starter Isaiah DiLaura allowed four goals on 13 shots in 22:16 of action to take the loss.

LANGLEY, B.C. — Griffen Outhouse turned aside 28 shots as Victoria beat Vancouver.

D-Jay Jerome, Logan Doust and Dino Kambeitz scored for the Royals (12-6-0).

Dylan Plouffe replied for the Giants (14-6-2). Trent Miner stopped 22-of-24 shots in defeat.

EVERETT, Wash. — Riley Woods capped his hat trick at 2:27 of the extra period as Spokane slipped past the Silvertips.

Bailey Brkin turned away 38 shots for the Chiefs (12-8-3).

Wyatte Wylie and Dawson Butt scored for Everett (16-7-1). Dustin Wolf got hit with the loss after stopping 21-of-22 shots in 53:45 of relief.
