New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - New York Rangers forward Mats Zuccarello is out indefinitely with an upper body injury.

Zuccarello left New York's 2-1 overtime series-clinching Game 5 win against Pittsburgh on Friday in the first period after taking a puck off the side of his head.

The top-line right wing had a pair of assists in the first-round series against the Penguins. In 78 regular-season games, he had 15 goals and 34 assists for 49 points.

Meanwhile, the Rangers expect to get defenseman Kevin Klein back for round two. He has been out since March 11 with a fractured left arm.

Klein, who tallied career bests of nine goals and 26 points in 65 games during the regular season, missed New York's final 16 contests with the injury.

New York is expected to recall a forward from their AHL affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack, while Zuccarello recovers.
