The Toronto Blue Jays have signed right-handed pitcher Luis Santos to a minor-league deal with an invite to Spring Training.

Santos was a September call-up for the Jays last season and was bumped off the 40-man roster last month.

The 26-year-old appeared in 10 games for the big club posting a 2.70 ERA.

Santos spent most of the year with the AAA Buffalo Bisons where he was 3-12 with a 4.07 ERA in 21 starts.
