Boston, MA - Boston Celtics rookie point guard Marcus Smart was carted off the floor after suffering a left leg injury early in the fourth quarter of Friday's game against Indiana.

Smart, the sixth overall pick in the 2014 draft, drove the lane early in the fourth and was fouled by A.J. Price as the two got tangled up. Smart rolled his ankle on Lavoy Allen's shoe before getting fouled, and immediately grabbed at his lower left leg in pain.

After more than five minutes with Boston's medical team on the court, Smart was stabilized on a stretcher and wheeled into the locker room.

The Oklahoma State product finished with three points on 1-of-6 shooting in 15 1/2 minutes of action.
