Despite losing running back Jon Cornish to retirement, the Calgary Stampeders are next at 7-2.
The East Division is a logjam with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Ottawa Redblacks and Toronto Argonauts all tied at 7-1.
The B.C. Lions, with GM Wally Buono going back to the sidelines as head coach, are 9-1 favourites while the Saskatchewan Roughriders are next at 10-1 followed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at 12-1.
The Montreal Alouettes are the early longshots to win the Grey Cup at 14-1.
