The Minnesota Wild have traded defenceman Mike Reilly to the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for a fifth-round pick in 2019, the team announced.

The pick was acquired from the Washington Capitals, which now gives them six draft picks in 2019.

In 38 games so far this season for the Wild, he has two goals and eight assists.

The 24-year-old was taken in the fourth round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

The Habs will be back in action Monday night at home against the Philadelphia Flyers.
