Daniel Catenacci suffered an upper-body injury Thursday night. He had to be helped off the ice and underwent concussion testing after the game following a hit from Flyers defenceman Radko Gudas. - Buffalo News

Greg Pateryn told the media he expects to play against Buffalo. Coach Michel Therrien said both Pateryn and Paul Byron would be a game-time decision. Pateryn has only played 11 games, but Therrien said he is not concerned about his development, having played so few games.
