Wild acquire Aberg from Ducks for Kloos
The Minnesota Wild have acquired forward Pontus Aberg from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for forward Justin Kloos.

The Minnesota Wild have acquired forward Pontus Aberg from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for forward Justin Kloos.
Aberg scored 11 goals and added eight assists in 37 games this season with the Ducks. He was selected in the second round, 37th overall of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the Nashville Predators.
Kloos has 30 points this season with the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League, he has 12 goals and 18 assists in 34 games. The 25-year-old appeared in one game at the NHL level last season with the Wild.
Aberg will have the chance to appear against his former club right away as the Wild and Ducks will meet on Thursday at Xcel Energy Center.
After the trade, the Ducks announced that they have recalled Troy Terry, Max Jones and Andrej Sustr and have assigned Jake Dotchin and Kiefer Sherwood to the San Diego Gulls of the AHL.
