Olofmeister is back.

As first reported by HLTV’s stich and later confirmed by Fnatic, the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive star Olof “olofmeister” Kajbjer is ready to return from a hand injury and join his team in ELEAGUE.

The injury was a hot topic for the club after a 5-8 finish at the MLG Major in Columbus, a disappointing result coming off a victory at IEM Katowice.

Fnatic would go on to withdraw from DreamHack Malmo at the beginning of April and later announced Niclas “PlesseN” Plessen would fill in for olofmeister until he was healthy.

“At first, it wasn't that big of a deal but the longer I was away from it, the harder it got,” olofmesiter said in a press release. “Seeing the team lose a game and not being able to do anything about it made me really mad and sometimes I had to stop watching.”

With all the focus now on ELEAGUE, even one of the best CS:GO players in the world is still trying to wrap his head around the growth of his game and his place in the spotlight.

“I think I haven't really grasped the thought of that yet,” he said. “I mean, that's something I will be proud of for the rest of my life.”
