Ray Rice will get his time to talk.

According to ESPN and other media reports, the former Baltimore Ravens running back will have an appeal hearing for his indefinite suspension on November 5-6.

Rice was suspended by the NFL earlier this season after a video surfaced of him hitting his then fiancée in a elevator. He was later released by the Ravens as well.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell may testify at the hearing too and that decision is expected sometime this week.
