PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. — Brett Leason added to his league-leading point total with two goals and two assists as the Prince Albert Raiders downed the Kootenay Ice 7-2 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Leason, who has found the scoresheet in all 17 games he's played this season, has 17 goals and 39 points to lead all WHL skaters in both categories.

Carson Miller, Sean Montgomery, Spencer Moe, Noah Gregor and Parker Kelly also scored for the Raiders (16-1-0), who have won nine in a row and are the top-ranked team in the Canadian Hockey League.

Nick Bowman and Cole Muir found the back of the net for the Ice (6-8-3).

Ian Scott, fresh off goaltender of the month honours for October, made 17 saves for the win as Jesse Makaj stopped 32-of-39 in defeat.

Prince Albert went 2 for 7 on the power play while Kootenay failed to score on six chances with the man advantage.

EVERETT, Wash. — Beck Warm stopped 53-of-55 shots as Tri-City doubled up the Silvertips for its sixth win in a row.

Krystof Hrabik, Sahsa Mutala, Parker AuCoin and Nolan Yaremko provided the goals for the Americans (10-4-0).

Conner Dewar and Riley Sutter were the only Silvertips (10-6-0) skaters to beat Warm. Dustin Wolf stopped 12-of-15 shots in defeat.

WHEAT KINGS 3 BLAZERS 2 (OT)

KAMLOOPS, B.C. — Stelio Mattheos scored his second of the night at 3:34 of overtime to lift Brandon over the Blazers.

Chase Hartje also scored for the Wheat Kings (8-3-5) while Jiri Patera made 32 saves for the victory.

Zane Franklin and Luke Zazula scored for Kamloops (6-6-2), which was looking for its fifth straight win. Dylan Ferguson made 38 saves in defeat.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Captain Cody Glass had a goal and three assists as the Winterhawks ended a three-game losing streak by beating Victoria.

Jared Freadrich, Brendan De Jong, Reece Newkirk, Ryan Hughes, Joachim Blichfeld and Haydn Delorme also scored for Portland (8-6-1), which got 18 saves from Shane Farkas.

Kaid Oliver scored twice and D-Jay Jerome had the other for the Royals (9-4-0). Griffen Outhouse allowed six goals on 27 shots for the loss.

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — Isaiah DiLaura made 21 saves and the Cougars scored four time in the first period to beat Seattle and snap a four-game losing streak.

The Prince George (6-7-3) offence was supplied by Josh Maser, Joel Lakusta, Vladislav Mikhalchuk and Tyson Upper.

Graeme Bryks scored for the Thunderbirds (7-5-2). Cole Schwebius kicked out 29-of-33 shots in a losing cause.

CALGARY — Mark Kastelic scored twice and James Malm produced the winner at 18:42 of the third as the Hitmen beat Medicine Hat to halt a three-game skid.

Vladislav Yeryomenko, Tye Carriere, Egor Zamula and Jake Kryski also scored for Calgary (5-9-2). Carl Stankowski made 27 saves for the victory.

Eric Van Impe, Hayden Ostir, Dylan MacPherson, Tyler Preziuso and Cole Clayton replied for the Tigers (8-7-2), who got 33 saves from Mads Sogaard.

SWIFT CURRENT, Alta. — Connor Horning forced extra time with a goal and 19:24 of the third, and Noah King followed with the winner as the Broncos snapped an eight-game losing streak with a win over Lethbridge.

Joel Hofer made 42 saves while Max Patterson, Andrew Fyten, Ben King also scored for the Broncos (2-14-1).

Calen Addison, Noah Boyko, Jadon Joseph and Ty Kolle scored for Lethbridge (7-5-4). Reece Klassen made 35 saves in defeat.

REGINA — Brett Kemp had two goals and an assist as Edmonton beat the Pats for its fifth win in a row.

Jake Leschyshyn kept Regina (4-12-0) from being shutout. Max Paddock stopped 17 shots in a losing effort.
