Iraqi-Canadian Randa Markos is looking to get back on track when she steps into the Octagon on home soil to face American Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger at UFC Fight Night 89 on June 18 in Ottawa.

Markos (5-3) and Jones-Lybarger (6-2) have verbally agreed to the strawweight bout at TD Place Arena, according to a UFC spokesperson.

“Quiet Storm” has been out of action since a unanimous decision loss to Polish newcomer Karolina Kowalkiewicz at UFC on Fox: dos Anjos vs. Cerrone 2 on Dec. 19, 2015. She is 1-2 since coming into the UFC as a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter.

Jones-Lybarger fell in her debut with the organization in a unanimous decision loss to Tecia Torres at UFC 194 on Dec. 12, 2015.

The 30-year-old Markos is getting exactly what she wants after tweeting her desire to get back in the cage on Wednesday.
