With the MLB Off-Season underway, many teams are looking to upgrade, find replacements, and make major renovations to their clubs. TSN.ca looks at the day's hottest off-season rumors and speculations.

Keen on Kemp

Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reported Thursday night that the San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners and Baltimore Orioles all have considerable interest in Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp. Rosenthal says Padres catcher Yasmani Grandal would likely be part of any trade with San Diego. Kemp, 30, still has five years and $107 million left on his contract. He hit .287 with 25 homers and 89 RBIs in 150 games with the Dodgers in 2014, his ninth season in the Majors.

Eyes on Upton

The Texas Rangers, Orioles and Padres are interested in acquiring Atlanta Braves outfielder Justin Upton, according to Jon Morosi of Fox Sports. Upton, 27, has one-year and $14.5 million left on his current contract, so he very well could be a rental player in 2015. Upton hit .270 with 29 homers and 102 RBIs over 154 games last season, his second with the Braves.
